Who is responsible for the deaths and Migration in Punjab……?

            Summary:

                 Mount batten squashed the punjab award  and that was his big concepracy. He dissembled the punjab governor Jakens and also the comitte of punjab for partion. He hides the decision of dissembling award from congress and Muslim league. He was not take any action for controlling the law and oder situation in punjab. Mount  Batten did not give the actual reason of delay of award to Attely cabinet. Actually he was afraid of rejection of the decision. He knows well that he does not creat the situation according to himself in front of cabinet. Congress presisted on Batten that he must give yemporary government as a dominion status. Its maeans that the death of muslims rights.  Azad and  Moza said that Batten was responsible for the sorrows of punjab’s people. Every one knows that many people were killed in these circumstaances.

                         1967, all record is come forwared in front of people due to the approvel of British prime ministrer Haier liar willes and Batten knows about his character. Simply we can say that we cant defend these decisions now.
