·                     1)Middle government should based on estates and they have the following departments ,foreign affairs, defense and telecommunication and government have funds to fulfill these departments needs.

·                     2)union ( center) have control and law based assembly i.e based on  Indian and estate members to resolve differential issues.

·                     3) All the departments are under provincial government .

·                     4)except union departments all departments are under estate.

·                     5)In union and groups constitutional one article is that any province due to his majority in law based assembly to revise the terms of constitution after 10 years.

·                      if we read these lines we can assume that cabent mission accepted the Azad's sachem. simply they suggest a solution through which Muslims suggestions of Pakistan have resolved. Mission divided provinces in to three groups. Azad assumes that cabent mission take his suggestions except three division of provinces. On other words we can say Azad take approval of those suggestion as a president of congress from working committee , NAhro finished that plan. The main thing of plan was to include Muslim League with Congress. But congress failed in his mission.

Reason of failure of Cabinat  Mission:

·                     There are many reasons for failure of cabinet mission and personalities in which were Gandhi, Nehro, Patel and Quaid e Azam were responsible for. but the main personality was Gandhi because he did not do an practical work for unity. And the second thing were that Allah gave him no gaudiness. Gandhi knows that after the elections of 1945 Muslim league have only right to represent huge amount of Muslims in India but he were persist on one point that cabinet mission if and only if accept the congress point of view or Muslim league.

(Cabnet mission came into india)

Summary:

           

          24 march 1946, cabnet  mission reached in India in which lord pahtak larnce, sectary for India sir stiffened crips president board of trade and a.v.alexander navy’s first lord were included. Mission think that muslin league will agree on other agreement. Mission started his work very efficiently and nagociate with congress and Muslim league leaders. Congress will settle his government in middle therefore it interfere in matters of Muslim majority provinces. This think is need to be under observation in which the cabnet mission plan based on these letters which were given by  azad.

          Azad proceed a formula and political solution for congress working committee in 12 April 1946. Crips and Alexander meet with nationalist Muslims members in 16 April 1946. Molana madni said that he agree with the right of middle government and constitutional based assembly. In Middle government and constitutional based assembly, Muslims and Hindus have same dominance. Cabnet mission and viceroy call congress and Muslim league member for shimla conference and this is said second shimla conference. Azad said in his letter 9 may 1946 for the name of pathic Loraine that he is against from equal dominance given to Muslims and Hindus because Hindus are in majority and Muslims are minority.

          The loss of crips mission in India was a big reason that congress want an urgent government in India and other is Gandhi denied to give health in war. Gandhi, nahro and pathail play a vide roll for the end of government. Now 40 years have been passed and we assumed that what is the bad result of congress tricks?

Why congress denied equal dominance?

          Congress denied purity which have great importance in struggle for independence. Azad letter which he sent to lord pathik in 1946 are against to his own point of views. Bhola bhai desired were famous advocate and very important for congress. He agree with the right of equal dominance in government. Congress main aim for independence of combined India. In conversation between cabnet mission planed this point to be noted in mind according to that rules through which America constitution were made.

3)    Congress have a big leader through him lost of people were coming to him. His religious speeches make a home in the hearts of people.

5)    Congress have another big personality other then Gandhi that is nahro. Congress gain in1937 provincial elections a big victory.

6)    British win the second world war but it paid a huge amount of money for this act.

7)    In 1945 in England Italy socialist party become successful. This party program is very near to nahro socialism.

Position of muslim league :

         

1)    The re-establishment of Muslim league has done in1937 Muslim league have less fund and it is free from media support.

2)    In 1937 elections Muslim league were loss in elections. It only take 108 seats out of 485.

3)    Jinnah were the important part of Muslim league but he is less famous as compare to Gandhi and nahro.

4)    Jinnah were the big leader of a big minority party.

5)    At the end of division of India Jinnah were not important for Muslim league.

Weak point of congress :

1)    To promote religious expectations for political understanding were such a type of act. Whose aspects are not related to just party and people of specific  kind. In 1937 Gandhi announced for war in Muslim league. Yearly meeting Jinnah pressurize on Muslim unity because Muslim stands on their feet.

2)    Jinnah realize that Muslim were not able for long period without using the right of “well done”.

3)    In 1937 due to congress success a conversation between nahro and Jinnah has been started congress challenge in the elections of 1945-1946 to other party only congress will a leader of all India but elections prove that Muslim league have a better dominance.

In bumbai congress take half seats in assam and NWFP congress appeared as a single most seats taking party only in Bengal Punjab and sindh congress were akliqat party. Muslim league take 108 seats out of 485 seats. Only 26 candidates success out of 58 seats. Congress made their government in 8 provinces. After defeet in elections Muslims realize that they have no future in India. Menan said in his book congress in force that it make ministers from theirn perty members and Muslim ministers also. Due to this their was a big clash between muslim league and congress. The re establishment of Muslim league started from UP. Jinnah takes advantage and the result is partition.
